Good news regarding Britney Spears’s niece Maddie Aldridge.
The 8 year old girl was involved in an ATV accident where she ended up pinned down BY the ATV in a pond for a few minutes. Mom Jamie Lynn Spears and dad were nearby, but were unable to get her out of her seat belt.
The Spears family rep released a statement today saying that Maddie is “awake and talking” to her family members. She regained consciousness yesterday.
She in continuing to “receive oxygen and is being monitored closely but it appears that she has not suffered any neurological consequences from the accident.”
What a blessing!
