Bachelor in Paradise is definitely the ‘reject’ show of #BachelorNation
There’s always SO much drama–with ‘cast offs’ from previous seasons trying to find love one more time.
Well, they film in Mexico and the production has been SUSPENDED!
On day one of shooting, “villains” Corinne Olympios and Demario Jackson (who just got eliminated from The Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay’s season for having a GIRLFRIEND right before the show) got heavily intoxicated.
Well, allegedly some crazy things happened in a pool while cameras were rolling. One producer believes that Corinne was TOO intoxicated to consent, and that the show in essence has evidence of sexual assault.
Here is Warner Bro’s statement:
“We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”
Demario told TMZ that what happened WAS consensual–and no word yet from Corinne.
A source says that filming was not only suspended, the show itself may be canned. Do you think they will air any of this? Is this a GIANT publicity stunt?

So last night was the season finale of The Bachelor—and Nick Viall made his choice: Vanessa Grimaldi.

Honestly, she was his choice from the start. There was definitely an undeniable connection from their VERY FIRST DATE. I actually felt pretty bad for poor Raven-she really thought she stood a chance.

Raven, at just 25, seemed SO young to me…not just by age, but maturity. She is adorable and fun loving, but didn’t come across like a WOMAN ready to marry Nick.

The show tried to pull the “oh no! is Vanessa going to SAY NO to Nick?” thing…but as SOON as Nick started to open up to her about his feelings, she was a puddle of emotion.

It was a very sweet moment.

Interestingly, he said there was several moments he ‘tried to fight’ falling in love with her–and it’s clear WHY! She’s one tough cookie. She shut him down NUMEROUS times throughout the season for flirting with Corinne, constantly needed reassurance and was KNOWN for her tears, and resting b*ch face.

During the After the Final Rose special, things seemed a little tense. They both opened up about the difficulties they have faced as a couple since wrapping–so they aren’t PRETENDING to be in a honeymoon everything is perfect phase.

I’m not sure if that means that this relationship is already dead in the water, or if they’re just realists. One thing’s for sure, if she doesn’t decide to leave Canada–they’re toast.
Poor little Raven would have dropped her whole world to do whatever Nick wanted….but as always, men never go the easy route.

I seriously cannot wait to see Rachel Lindsay as the Bachelorette!

She was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier today.

She confirmed “He let me go. I was shocked, too. I really thought that Nick and I had a really strong connection–and I was pretty heartbroken when it happened–but I’ve moved on since then.”

It has been three months since then.

She closed with this awesome quote: “It didn’t work out–I guess he was looking for something else. His loss!”

Can’t wait for her season!

Congratulations to Rachel Lindsay!
She will be next season’s The Bachelorette!!!!!!!!

I’m so excited about it, not only because it is the franchise’s first African American Lead (welcome to 2017!) but because she is gorgeous, extremely likable and WHIP SMART!
The girl is a LAWYER! Can’t wait to see her season!

It was announced on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night….unfortunately BEFORE she was even eliminated– #SPOILERALERT!
Either way, SUPER happy about it 😀
